Welcome to my 16 Week Target 5K & 10K Structured Training Programs

Available to purchase in 4 Week Blocks

Too often we start training without looking at how we move which leads to injury and loss of motivation. I offer you a plan that will help you understand how your body moves, how to correct and adjust whilst improving your overall technique and fitness .....

I offer three different options for the Target 5K & 10K Programs:


1. My Max Course

This Full 16 Week Program Includes:

  • 1 x Track Session a week
  • 1 x Drill & Technique Session a week
  • 1 x Online Yoga session with the wonderful Yoga With Tasha a week
  • Your 16 Week Structured Training Plan (Training Peaks)
  • 1 x Weekly Online Live Q&A Session

Price £216.00 or £57.00 every 4 weeks


2. My Chill Course

This Full 16 Week Program Includes:

  • 1 x Drill & Technique Session a week
  • 1 x Online Yoga session with the wonderful Yoga With Tasha a week
  • Your 16 Week Structured Training Plan (Training Peaks)
  • 1 x Weekly Online Live Q&A Session

Price £144.00 or £38.00 every 4 weeks


3. My Tech Course

This Full 16 Week Program Includes:

  • 1 x Drill and Technique Session a week
  • Your 16 Week Structured Training Plan (Training Peaks)
  • 1 x Weekly Online Live Q&A Session

Price £72.00 or £19.00 every 4 weeks


4. Pay As You Go

Price £5.00 per Session

Target 5K & 10K Programs are $10.00 (Approx £7.00) each for the full 16 weeks

The Drills and Technique Session for all Members - Every Tuesday Evening @6:30pm

Location : My purpose cut grass track and training area is at Liscombe Park, LU7 0JL

Yoga With Tasha Online Session is Live every Thursday evening @6:30pm. It will be recorded and available @ Nick TK Coaching - YouTube

Weekly Online Live Q&A Session - Every Sunday Evening @6:30pm via Zoom
