Covid 19 Notice
Under the current restrictions, I am happy to lead a group of a maximum of 10 people, outside, at a minimum distance of 3 metres apart due to the higher rate of exertion whilst exercising. During these challenging times, I would also suggest that your mouth is covered and you practice nasal breathing.
