What is Fitness?

Fitness means different things to different people. I personally believe it has little to do with body shape & more to do with attitude, approach, patience, knowledge & the right coaching .... so it becomes an enjoyable part of daily lives, from the moment we wake to the moment we lie back down to sleep.

I want to help you achieve your goals .... and to keep working towards a better quality of life through better performance, health and wellbeing.

I can help you:

  • Tone up
  • Lose body fat
  • Build muscle
  • Recover from injury
  • Simply just be there to motivate you through a structured training plan

1-2-1 Sessions ....

When working with myself on a 1-2-1 basis I will be purely focused on you and your goals. I can incorporate the latest training techniques into your workout so that you get the best possible workout.

Workouts can be tailored to last anything from 40 mins to 1hr depending on your fitness needs and goals.

There will be an initial private consultation to discuss your goals and assess your current state of health and your nutritional needs prior to starting your sessions

Group Sessions ....

I currently offer a free Social Workout, seven days a week at 7:30AM GMT Monday to Friday and 8:00am on Saturdays and Sundays. It is held via Zoom (www.zoom.us) and people of all levels of fitness join for these 30 - 40 minutes sessions. 

Our normal session plan is:

  • Monday - High Intensity Cardio
  • Tuesday - Focused on Core and Abs
  • Wednesday - Plyometrics (Bounce, Jumps and Skip)
  • Thursday - Focussed on Shoulders, Arms and Back
  • Friday - Light, Joint Friendly Cardio
  • Saturday - Focussed on Lower Body
  • Sunday - A lighter warm up and cool down to stretch out the week
